Assistant Systems Assembly - 40 hours - mbo

Eekels | TBI is looking for an Assistant Systems Assembly for the Kolham location for the Manufacturing business unit. As an Assistant Systems Assembly you work independently on assembling metal distribution devices and desks for electrical installations and systems.

The Manufacturing unit manufactures and supplies high-quality (customized) products for a large number of (regular) customers in the Industry & Infra, Marine & Offshore, Pharmaceutical and superyacht building market segments. The unit takes care of the entire process from advice to delivery in the activities: sheet and copper work, surface treatment, assembly/mounting and final inspection. Offering the most suitable solutions for the customer is essential in this regard. The test department carries out the final check on frequency-controlled drive systems, PLC systems and distribution systems for Maritime and Industrial customers at home and abroad.

What can you expect from us?

What is expected of you?

• Working independently according to technical drawing;
• Carrying out common sheet metal operations, such as: marking, cutting, setting and assembling distribution devices, consoles and housings;
• Operator for sheet metal working machines, including laser cutter and punching nibble machine.
• Mounting copper busbars and electrotechnical components;
• Working with various types of metals, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper;
• Maintain equipment and tools;
• Carrying out additional, registering tasks.

• A completed (MBO) level 3 electrical engineering education (possibly willing to reach level 4 through training);
• Completed professional courses in the field of welding techniques;
• Communicative;
• Ordered and structured work;
• Working safely and healthy comes naturally for you.
• A good command of the Dutch language.
