QHSE Officer - 40 hours - bachelor level

Eekels | TBI is looking for an independent QHSE officer for the Business Support business unit to strengthen the team of the Business Improvement department. The Business Improvement department focuses on improving the processes within Eekels and ensures that they are implemented correctly. This for business operations in a general sense and also specifically for the QHSE related aspects.

As a QHSE officer, you are the first point of contact for the departments working in yacht building within the Business Improvement department, and in particular for QHSE related activities. The focus of your work lies within the field of yacht building. You have a lot of affinity with optimizing business processes. You work together with colleagues from the Business Improvement department who may work at other locations and you report in this position to the Business Improvement manager, who works at the Kolham location.

The Business Support unit is subdivided into various departments such as Controlling, ICT, HR, Purchasing, PR and Business Improvement. They support the organization in various areas.

• Bachelor level education (Technical) Business Administration, supplemented with professional training in the field of ARBO / safety science (e.g. MVK or HVK);
• Several years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
• Experience and affinity with management systems in the field of quality, safety and sustainability;
• Insight into business processes and a natural drive to ensure that processes run smoothly;
• Being able to work independently, preferably through a practical approach;
• Have good social skills;
• A good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
